Ecosun S+ and Ecosun S+ Anticor high-temperature radiant panels
In 2012 we completed the development of a new series of ECOSUN S+ products. The new series contains all the knowledge that we have obtained over 20 years of designing, producing and selling what are known as high-temperature panels. We also took into account results of overseas analyses and recommendations from sources such as the Thales laboratory in Australia. From 2013 our range of products will include Ecosun S+ and also Ecosun S+ Anticor, which replaces our Ecosun SBs products.
Both panels, Ecosun S+ as well as Ecosun S+ Anticor, are the same as far as their dimensions and appearance are concerned, with a panel body lengthened by 50 mm in comparison with the original Ecosun S panel, thus providing more space for the terminal and simplifying the connection of the product to the supply conductors. The terminal is now accessible from two sides after lifting the lid, and the installer is no longer forced to be under the terminal with their hands above their head but can now simply look into the terminal from the side and check the correct insertion of the conductors visually. The second change, which is obvious at first glance, is the slanting of the edges of the panel, which lends the product a more modern design. Another change is the extension of the non-heating part of the heating rod by 50 mm; it now extends as far as the terminal, thus eliminating the problem with the passing of the conductors from the heating rod into the space containing the terminal.
Ecosun S+ Anticor replaced panels manufactured from food-grade and later also surgical stainless steel, and today the product has an even higher resistance against corrosion than the original stainless steel panels. As with Ecosun S+, it has two coatings – however, these coatings are intended for outdoor environments and are applied to metal sheet parts made from AluZinc. Connecting material is also made from the same material and thus electrochemical reactions and the corrosion of parts cannot take place. If corrosion does still somehow occur, and the connecting elements became loose, the panel is designed so that internal components are prevented from falling out.

Ecosun S+ has the same white RAL9002 colour as Ecosun S. However, Ecosun S+ Anticor should have a metallic appearance due to being sprayed with RAL 9006 metallic colour.
